Photo advice, sizing and the details of making your pair.
Photo guide
A sharp, well-lit portrait gives us the detail needed for your custom design.
- Show the whole face. Keep both ears and the chin in the frame, with no toys, hands or other objects covering them.
- Use soft daylight. A window is a good light source. Avoid strong backlighting, deep shadows and colour filters.
- Check the detail. Zoom in before uploading: eyes and fur should look sharp. Send the original rather than a screenshot.
JPG, PNG or WebP · Up to 8 MB · At least 300 × 300 pixels. A larger, sharp original gives more detail to work with.
No background removal is needed. Upload one photo and identify the cat to feature if several appear in it. The cutout and final print placement are prepared separately.
The upload preview confirms your selected photo. It does not show a finished print proof. Screen colours and printed colours may vary slightly.

Measure a pair that fits you well while it is lying flat, without stretching it. Compare the width, heel-to-toe length and heel-to-cuff length with the measurements above.
Measurements are approximate; allow a 1–2 cm variation. The fabric stretches, so flat measurements are not a shoe-size conversion.
Washing & care
Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle. Do not bleach or iron. Hang to dry. A little colour release may occur during the first wash.
Personalization
Can I include more than one cat?
Each pair is set up for one featured cat from one uploaded photo. If the photo includes several cats, identify the one to feature in the design note. For different cats, personalize separate pairs.
Can I add a name?
Yes. The name field is optional. Check the spelling before adding your pair to the bag. Leave it blank if you prefer the design without a name.
Can I edit the photo on the website?
The upload lets you check or replace the selected original. It does not include a photo editor or instant finished print proof.
How are my photos handled?
Your original is stored privately for order preparation, with access restricted to authorized store staff. It is not added to the public product gallery.
Ordering & delivery
You can explore designs and try the customization. Checkout is not open yet. Production times, delivery destinations, shipping fees, payments and return information will be confirmed before ordering opens.
How do I make different designs?
Quantity adds identical pairs with the same colour, photo and name. To choose another cat or colour, add the first pair to your bag, then personalize the next one separately.
What should I check in my bag?
Review the design, colour, style, quantity, selected photo, name spelling and design note for every pair.
Can I make a pair as a gift?
Use a photo of the recipient’s cat, choose the design and colour, and add the cat’s name if you wish. Personalize each recipient’s pair separately.
