PHOTO
Good Lighting: Use natural light or consistent lighting to highlight your cat’s face. Avoid harsh shadows or overly bright spots that obscure details.
Full Face in the Shot: A clear, head-on photo is best, making sure both ears and the entire face are visible. This helps capture your cat’s full expression on the socks.
Sharp and Clear Image: Make sure the photo is not blurry. Higher clarity ensures that all the details transfer well, even when the image is scaled down.
No Obstructions: Ensure nothing is covering your cat’s face—like objects, shadows, or even paws. A clear view of the face creates a better final product.
Straight-on Angles: Photos taken from straight in front of your cat’s face tend to look the best once printed on socks.
Yes, we can print up to three cats—whether it's the same cat or different ones—on the same pair of socks, and there’s no extra charge for it!
Yes, you can change the photo within 8 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll update it before production starts!
Currently, we do not support complex editing of the photo, but we strive to ensure the portrait is presented in the best possible condition on the socks. You just need to upload the photo, we will do the rest.
You can either send separate photos of yourself and your cat, or a photo of both of you together. If you choose a joint photo, make sure both your and your cat’s full facial features are clearly visible.
PRODUCT
Our custom cat socks are made of 95% Polyester, 5% Elastane, which is soft, comfortable, breathable, and gentle on the skin.
Initial wash may result in slight color bleed, which is normal.
We use high-resolution printing technology to clearly present the cat's portrait, rich in detail, bringing your beloved pet to life.
Customization Process
Typically, the customization process takes 2 business days. However, the actual time may vary depending on the volume of orders and specific circumstances.

Currently, we offer ankle, crew, and knee-high socks. Please refer to the Size Chart page for the details.
SHIPPING
Yes, we offer global shipping.
Delivery times vary based on your location. For standard shipping within the U.S., please allow 7-12 days for your order to arrive. If you choose express shipping, it will take 3-5 days. You will receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email.
Shipping fees are applicable and will be calculated at checkout. We also offer discounts and promotions throughout the year, so be sure to watch for exclusive offers.
AFTER-SALE SERVICE
If you receive socks with quality issues, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will provide you with free exchange or refund services.
You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days, provided that it adheres to our return and exchange policy. Please refer to the relevant explanations on our website for Return Policy. Generally, the products must be kept in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by complete packaging and labels.
ORDER & PAYMENTS
Currently, we only support PayPal for payments. We will add more payment methods in the future.
You can log in to our website and check your order status on the "My Orders" page. The order status is updated in real-time and includes stages such as Placed, Paid, Shipped, and Delivered.
