No Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please do not mail back your order to us, as it will not be processed.
Reprint Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer a one-time reprint at no charge on a case-by-case basis. To request a reprint:
1. Fill out our contact form or email us.
2. Include a clear picture of the item, explain the issue, and provide your order number.
A member of our team will review your request and assist you promptly.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
We replace damaged or misprinted items within 2 months of your original order date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for replacement.
Customer-Selected Details
Please note that the size, color, and image you upload during the ordering process will be printed as submitted.
- If incorrect details (e.g., size, color, or image) are provided and result in an unsatisfactory product, KittySocks is not responsible for replacing these items.
